A leading plastic surgery company responsible for providing advanced cosmetic surgery to its clients, seeks solution for various appointment types with staggered and flexible scheduling.  The team was managing incoming appointments with an external calendar.

SOLUTION

SUMO Scheduler provided a manageable process to book appointments for various locations and appointment types.  Implemented enhancements to existing features to accommodate their need to quickly define sub-groupings of providers in order to more effectively schedule and manage appointments in a fast paced environment.  Also provided the ability to systematically add additional providers for specific appointments.

RESULTS

The medical staff now has one central location to schedule and manage patient appointments.  A reduced number of no-shows and cancellations for their practice.  SUMO provides a mechanism to align the patient to the appropriate medical professional based on information captured during the scheduling process.
